The horns give it away before anything else, sweeping straight out past the rim so the coo won't stay inside its own circle. Under a shaggy fringe, two eyes peer out over a broad pale muzzle, the coat drawn in long flowing strands of warm brown and amber wood tone against a soft sage-green painted ground, with a dashed border ring round the edge.
Every layer is laser-cut in wood, finished in its own colour and stacked into relief, the colours put on with natural oil woodstain so the grain still shows through the coat. A quiet battery quartz movement keeps it running, and the white hands stand out cleanly against the shaggy coat. The Highland coo has to be Scotland's most good-natured face, and it carries that warmth onto a kitchen wall. Our own design, drawn and cut in Fife.
