  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused and undamaged, with all original packaging included.

  • Custom Orders: Due to the personalised nature of custom or made-to-order items, these are non-refundable unless damaged or defective upon arrival.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation email) is required for all returns and exchanges.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at Info@DaVinciEnterprise.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will guide you through the next steps and provide you with the return shipping details.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrectly sent.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or wrong item).

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Include photographs of the item and packaging.

  • We will prioritise replacing the item or offering a full refund based on the situation.
