This stag is all flowing, mirror-image linework, its face made of curling shapes that swirl out to each side and antlers that branch soft and natural, tipped in pale wood. In Celtic folklore the stag is read as a forest guardian and a sign of renewal, its antlers regrown fresh every year.
It's six layers of laser-cut wood, hand-painted in natural oil woodstain so a deep green rises through the open cutwork while the top layer keeps its natural grain, and it stands about 90 mm tall with a strong magnet on the back. Drawn, cut and assembled here in Fife.
